Tours begin at sunrise, and we stay out until sunset – this is when the ‘magic hour’ light creates unforgettable photo opportunities. Enjoy a field lunch or return to the BnB to relax and grab something to eat before another exciting afternoon riding across the Tundra.
Overnight at Churchill BnB
Town Tour and Departure
Enjoy a last tour of Churchill or a final bear sighting before flying back to Winnipeg for your return journey. The flight will be in the afternoon, weather allowing. It is strongly encouraged to spend this night in Winnipeg and fly out of Winnipeg the next day to ensure a smooth departure, stress-free end to your tour.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is nonrefundable; please purchase Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment. Your deposit is an investment into wildlife conservation travel and supports our work to create and support green fortresses across the globe and is non-refundable. Your deposit can be held as a credit with NorthWild (90%) and SouthWild (50%) for a trip starting no more than 365 days after your original trip start date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the start date of your trip will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for credits. We are far too specialized to be able to easily fill your place in the group or at the lodge.
Code of Conduct
Trust is the foundation of our project, in inviting you to travel with us, we are trusting you to follow all staff instructions. If we cannot trust you to remain safe on this tour, we will arrange your immediate removal from the premises, at your own expense. You will not be eligible for refund on missed days with wildlife, or rebooking with NorthWild. Any costs incurred as a result of your removal from the cabin or the tour will be your responsibility to pay and settle with NorthWild Travel at the timeline noted in correspondence with the company. All guests, guides, and tour leaders are required to review and agree to our Code of Conduct prior to joining the tour. Buffering your trip
2 person maximum per room. We reserve the right to limit group size to ensure a successful outing for the entire group and for the bears.
Guide/Tour Leader accommodations are available when booking 6+ spaces (3+ rooms) on the tour.
There is a 15% chance on any given day that weather may postpone/cancel your flights. Buffer your trips with one night in Winnipeg before and after your trip to ensure you do not miss the opportunity to fly in for your reservation; or miss any flights home as a result of a weather delay out of Churchill. No refunds are available if you miss a flight.
